PAVER SEALING

Pavers built to last.
Color built to stay.

Premium paver sealing across the Phoenix Valley. Color enhancement, joint protection, and a finish built for the desert sun.

WHY IT MATTERS

Why your pavers need more than a wash.

Arizona pavers face a specific kind of brutal: 110°+ summers, monsoon downpours, UV that fades color in months, and joint sand that erodes after every storm. Sealing is the difference between pavers that look great in year one and pavers that look great in year ten.

We use professional-grade sealants that lock in color, lock down joint sand, and form an invisible shield against the climate that wrecks unsealed pavers. Done right, one sealing project pays for itself in years of saved maintenance, color preservation, and curb appeal that doesn't quit.

OUR PROCESS

Three steps. One standard.

Every paver sealing project follows the same proven process — whether you have 200 sq ft or 5,000.

  1. 1

    Deep clean

Pressure wash to remove years of dirt, oil, mold, and faded sealer. Every job starts on a spotless surface.

  2. 2

    Re-sand joints

Refill eroded joints with polymeric sand to lock pavers in place and seal them against weeds.

  3. 3

    Apply sealant

Two coats of premium sealant, applied evenly. Cures fast — usable the next day.

FINISH OPTIONS

Three finishes. Your call.

Same premium sealant, three different looks. Your finish choice is the difference between a subtle matte and a head-turning shine.

Natural

Subtle matte.

Brings out the natural color of your pavers without any gloss. Looks like the day they were laid — just protected.

Super

High gloss.

Wet-look shine. Bold, head-turning, and dramatic — especially around pool decks and entries.

WHAT IT COSTS

Honest pricing starts at your driveway.

Every paver project is different, so we don't post prices online — the only honest way to quote pavers is to walk them in person.

PAVER SEALING FAQ

Common questions about paver sealing.

How long does paver sealing last?
In Arizona, a quality seal typically lasts 3–5 years before it needs a refresh, depending on sun exposure, traffic, and your finish choice.
Will sealing change my paver color?
Yes — in a good way. Sealing enhances and deepens your existing color, similar to how water makes stone look richer. The natural finish keeps the look subtle; ultra and super deepen color more.
Can you seal pavers in the summer?
Yes. We schedule application around temperature and humidity to make sure the sealant cures properly. Summer is actually one of our busiest seasons.
Do I need to leave the house during sealing?
No — you can stay home. We just ask that you stay off the freshly sealed area for 24 hours so the sealant can cure properly.
How long does the project take?
Most residential paver projects are completed in a few hours to one full day, depending on size and condition. We'll give you a clear timeline during your on-site estimate.
Is sealing necessary if my pavers still look good?
Sealing is preventative. Pavers that look great today are still losing color, eroding sand, and absorbing stains every day they're unsealed. Sealing locks in the look you have now.
